Communicable Disease Program
Investigations, patient education, and limited follow-up tests are provided. Information is also provided on international travel.
Residents inquiring about travel-related immunizations are referred to the Winnebago County Health Department (WCHD) to receive their shots. You may call WCHD at 815/720-4264.
